Dana is a really nice person. She is bright, bubbly, a breath of fresh air, dead down to earth and has a absolutely fantastic sense of humour. I absolutely enjoyed watching her during both of her runs as a contestant on Hell's Kitchen (US) in Season 10 and Season 17 (All-Stars).

She was strict but fair with her judging of the contestants dishes and Gordon Ramsay agreed with a lot of her criticism of the contestants dishes.

I also loved watching Dana when she came back in Season 12 of Hell's Kitchen (US) to serve as a guest judge for the black jackets challenge along with Season 3 winner Rahman (Rock) Harper and Season 9 winner Paul Niedermann.
