I also loved watching Dana when she came back in season 12 of Hell's Kitchen (US) to serve as a guest judge for the black jackets challenge along with season 3 winner Rock Harper and season 9 winner Paul Niedermann. She was strict but fair with her judging of the contestants dishes and Gordon Ramsay agreed with a lot of her criticism of the contestants dishes.
Dana is a really nice person. She is bright, bubbly, a breath of fresh air, dead down to earth and has a absolutely fantastic sense of humour. I absolutely enjoyed watching her during both of her runs as a contestant on Hell's Kitchen (US) in season 10 and season 17 (All-Stars).
